Abbie Live! started from a simple desire to showcase my life; from the good to the bad and totally unfiltered. With my background in journalism and my love for storytelling, creating weekly live-streaming segments for Facebook and YouTube videos felt like a natural progression. It is the most effective way for me to connect with my audience in a much more personal way.

Being a journalist does not define me. I don't believe a single label defines any one person. We all juggle many roles -- I'm a wife, mother, daughter and sister. I'm a storyteller, a video editor, and an inventor (it's true)!! I'm an at-home cook, a crafter and a friend. Doing LIVE videos gives me a chance to share many different aspects of my life in an unedited kind of way.
I'm never afraid to try something new or share my opinions with you! We are all on this journey together!! Let's have some fun -- whether we are cooking a brownie in a cup, interviewing celebrities on the Red Carpet at The Oscars, or sharing stories that inspire us all!
My Mission
The internet is filled with videos, so what makes Abbie Live! so much different? As an on-air correspondent for ABC's Good Morning America and Nightline, conducting celebrity interviews and trend reporting, and my years of award-winning investigative reporting at CNN, I want to bring my passion of storytelling and creating videos directly to you. For me, Facebook and YouTube were the perfect venues! Storytelling without boundaries! It's a place for news junkies, craft lovers, and foodies alike to come together in a positive space that I have created just for you!! For me, it's all about connecting with people and providing useful information in an age where trust is a missing factor. My recent TEDxHollywood speech addresses this very issue!
