Cool Whip “Melt My Heart” Marshmallows
EASIEST RECIPE EVER!
Here's how you do it:
Mix together Cool Whip (8 oz) and 1/2 cup water. Pour smooth mixture into a dish that is lined with wax paper. I like my cut-out “marshmallows" to be about 1/2" thick, so pick out a deep enough dish! Pop it into the freezer for at least 4 hours--though I always make these the night before and let them freeze overnight.
Remove from the freezer, carefully remove the wax paper and set onto a flat surface. Now is the time to act quickly!! Take a cookie cutter (simple shapes work best) and press down into the frozen Cool Whip. Work fast so the Cool Whip doesn't melt. Place the shapes into a plastic storage container and put back into the freezer for a few minutes to firm up. Remove from freezer and enjoy your Cool Whip marshmallows with a yummy cup of hot cocoa!!
