I recently interviewed Matt Thomas, the CEO of Brew Dr. Kombucha. Turns out, many of Matt's kombucha flavors also double as awesome cocktail mixes. Inspired by that information, I set out to create a kickin' kombucha cocktail, using the Superberry flavor.
Here's how you make it...
- one shot of gin
- five shots of Superberry Brew Dr. Kombucha
- two strawberries
- one Tbs sugar
- squeeze of fresh lemon
